Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life, but it wasn’t until I became a mom in 2019 that I realized my passion could be more than just personal—it could be a way to inspire and uplift others. After having my daughter, I decided to step out of my comfort zone, earn my certification, and dedicate myself to sharing my knowledge and fitness experience with other women, especially moms like me.
The idea for Strong is Beautiful came from a desire to help women embrace their strength and transform into the best version of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. What started as a small dream quickly became a reality in the most humble of spaces: my home garage. With limited resources but boundless determination, I built a supportive community right there, and before I knew it, my garage gym became too small to hold the growth we were experiencing. This led me to take the leap and move into a larger space—a space designed to empower even more women!

Strong is Beautiful is more than a gym—it's a community. Here, women come together with a shared goal: personal growth, not competition. It’s about lifting each other up, celebrating every milestone, and creating an environment filled with positivity, motivation, and encouragement.
I love what I do, and every day I am inspired by the incredible women I get to work with. Seeing my clients transform—not just in their fitness journeys but in their confidence and self-belief—makes all the hard work worth it. Balancing life as a mom and a business owner has been challenging, but the impact Strong is Beautiful has had on so many lives fills me with gratitude and drives me to keep going.
