GROUP FITNESS CHALLENGES

The challenges I hold are made up of group fitness classes! In the classes, I teach you how to lift weights, show you proper form, and give you nutrition advice to help you along the course! Most challenges are 4-6 weeks long depending on the time of year. Classes are Monday-Thursday depending on what class time you purchase.

I train all levels from beginners to intermediate and even have advanced clients who have taken my classes for over 2 years. I usually evaluate my clients the first few days & work from there!
