What started as a small dream quickly became a reality in the most humble of spaces: my home garage. With limited resources but boundless determination, I built a supportive community right there, and before I knew it, my garage gym became too small to hold the growth we were experiencing. This led me to take the leap and move into a larger space—a space designed to empower even more women!
